You have the right to return defective goods within a period of two years from the date of purchase. In this case, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the goods, as only the dealer is in a position to refund the purchasing price or issue a voucher for the same value. This also applies when you no longer have your receipt. Should this be the case, please provide proof of purchase with a bank statement, credit/debit card statement or, if applicable, the details of your customer account.
